This formal study program is open to those of any religion or spiritual background. Your only commitment is to set aside 10 to 20 minutes each day to do the daily lessons. Study will center around the daily practice given in the Hinduism Today Publisher’s Desk article “A 10-Minute Spiritual Workout.”
The “Spiritual Workout” consists of four activities:
Worship (2 minutes)
Introspection (2 minutes)
Affirmation (1 minutes)
Study (5 minutes)
During the five-minute study portion, a daily lesson from one of the Master Course trilogy books is read. Course videos, audios, apps, etc. may be enjoyed at leisure while commuting or relaxing in the evening. The “Spiritual Workout” is also available as a free mobile app that you can use to guide your ten-minute session. You can download it on Apple’s App Store and on Google Play.
This is a two year course of daily lessons.
Note: the physical ownership of the three books of The Master Course Trilogy are required for this course. They are available on our online store here. Gurudeva explained the importance of reading from the physical book in a mystical way by saying that these books have been magically impressed into the akasha. Therefore having the physical books helps you intuitively absorb the knowledge.
